The HCG Weight Loss Program

When I first heard about the HCG diet I was doubtful that I would be able to have the energy to get through the day on just 500 calories. I have been doing well with lots of energy for 11 days now and have shed 13 pounds of fat! It seems like such a short term commitment to get my weight off! I started with a 44-inch waist and ended with a 36-inch waist. This was after a 36 day, by the book program. My total measured weight loss was 54lbs. I followed all of the follow-up instructions and gained 4.8lbs over the next 27 days. I believe that the gain was due to muscle memory; I went back to my physical activities and did not increase in any of my measurements other than arms and chest.
